DEPARTMENT Β· WEB3

Web3 features your customers will actually use.

We build Web3 capabilities for traditional brands and digital businesses in the UAE. Tokenised loyalty, NFT drops, on-chain memberships, dapp UIs that do not scare mainstream users. Our Dubai engineers ship smart contracts to mainnet and wrap them in interfaces your existing customers can navigate without a wallet tutorial.

How we approach Web3 work

Web3 that feels like a normal app, not a crypto puzzle.

Most Web3 products fail because the UX assumes everyone already owns a wallet and pays gas in ETH. We build for the other 99 percent. Email signup, fiat-to-crypto onboarding, smart accounts, sponsored gas, and a contract layer that is still audited and secure underneath.

Account abstraction
ERC-4337 smart accounts so users sign in with email, not seed phrases

Base, Arbitrum and Polygon for gas costs your users will not notice

Paymasters wired in so the first mint is free for the user

What you'll see in six months

Real numbers from Web3 launches.

These are ranges from real engagements with non-crypto brands. We measure them because retainers depend on them.

From kickoff to a live, audited contract deployed and selling on mainnet. Including legal review with your counsel.

Our tech choices for Web3

Stacks we have shipped to mainnet on real brand launches.

We pick libraries and chains we have already deployed and operated. No experimental stacks on a brand's first Web3 launch.

Contracts

Solidity on EVM chains (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon). Rust on Solana for high-throughput drops. Foundry for tests, paired audits before mainnet.

Small decisions, big impact

The choices that keep mainstream users in.

Web3 launches live or die on the first mint experience. We focus our attention there and keep the protocol layer boring and secure.

01
Smart accounts created from email

Account abstraction with ERC-4337 means a user can sign up with email or social login. A smart account is created in the background. No seed phrase prompt on day one.

02
Gas-efficient batch mints

We compress allowlist mints with Merkle proofs and batch updates. One transaction, hundreds of mints, gas costs your finance team will not question.

03
Replay-safe signatures

Every off-chain action that turns into an on-chain transaction is signed with EIP-712 typed data, nonced and chain-scoped. Signatures cannot be replayed across networks or sessions.

How an engagement runs

From first call to first mint on mainnet.

Week 1
Listen & learn

We review your brand, your customers, your legal posture, and the use case you have in mind. We listen for the assumptions that quietly kill Web3 launches.

Week 2
Written plan

Chain choice, contract design, UX flow, fiat path, legal touchpoints. Including the parts of the brief we recommend cutting.

Week 3
We start shipping

Our senior pod is in your repos. Contracts on testnet, dapp on staging, audit firm briefed. Your team owns the merges, we own the cadence.

Quarterly
Outcome reviews

Measured against the outcomes we agreed on. The people who start with you are the same people in month six.

What our Web3 clients say
SKIMBOX shipped our first tokenised loyalty drop in 11 weeks. Mint pages worked on the first try, our audit came back clean, and our non-crypto customers connected wallets at a rate we did not think was possible.

FAQ

The questions we hear most often.

Yes. Most of our Web3 work is for non-crypto brands. Hotels, retailers, agencies, ticketing companies. We build the Web3 layer so it looks and feels like a normal product to your customers, and we keep the protocol layer audited and boring underneath.
